This house is ideal for those who like rural views, nature and exploring the Istrian peninsula. It is an renovated authentic Istrian house with pool, barbecue and garden. The house is set on 2 floors. Downstairs kis living + dining area, fully equipped kitchen, guest's toilet. Upstairs are a shower bathroom, 2 bedrooms, each with a double and single bed. Outside is a parking place, a refreshing pool, a pool table room, a covered barbecue space, covered terrace. Behind the house is a playground. The space This house is ideal for those who like rural views, nature and exploring the Istrian peninsula. It is an renovated, old, authentic Istrian house from beginning of the 20th century, made of stones with a pool in front, BBQ and a garden. The house is set on 2 floors. In the ground floor there is open space living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There's also a guest's toilet room. The first floor is reachable with stairs and it has 2 bedrooms and a shower bathroom. Each bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed and one 90x200cm single bed. It is possible to add a baby bed in one of the rooms. In the bathroom is a washing machine. Linen and towels are provided for the guests. The house is air-conditioned. Outside is a parking place for 2 cars beside the entrance of the property, and a nice refreshing pool 4x6m wide and 1,3m deep. Beside the pool is an outside shower, a pool table room, and a covered barbecue space with a table and bench. In front of the house is another covered terrace with seating place. Behind the house is a large childrens playground. The house is semi dettached, situated in the village Blažučići in the middle of nature, surrounded with meadows and woods. Žminj is just a few minutes drive for grocery shopping, supermarket, restaurants, and also local products tasting and shopping. Nearest beach is in Lim bay, about 15 minutes drive, but there's also camp Colone and Rovinj beaches about 20-25 minutes drive. Owners live in Pula but are available on the phone if needed.
