The space The vacation rental is located in Porcheresse (6929 Daverdisse) in the Province of Luxembourg. It has free private parking. It is surrounded by two terraces with barbecue and green spaces. One of the terraces is reserved for the Jacuzzi option. For your well-being, OPTIONAL: JACUZZI 4 people (€160 weekend / €210 midweek / €270 week + €50 in winter). The accommodation includes a super equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a seating area with TV, a laundry room with washer and dryer, 4 bedrooms (bed linen rental REQUIRED €10/15 per occupied bed), including one on the ground floor and two bathrooms with shower, one on the ground floor. Central heating in all rooms + stove in the living room. Walking, jogging and mountain biking on marked trails in the forests. Fishing in the Almache and Our streams. Visits to the hoof museum, water pump and historic War 14-18 circuit. Enjoy the proximity to nature for a walk in all seasons; listen to the deer slab... You will reach our villages of Graide (Jardin des Hiboux), Redu (book village and space center), Tellin (Musée de la Cloche) as well as our towns of Bouillon (Semois kayak, castle, archaeoscope, animal park), Han-sur-Lesse and Rochefort (Lesse kayak, wonderful caves and animal park), Saint-Hubert and its cathedral, Dinant (Meuse cruise and citadel). The cities of Durbuy and La Roche are about 50 km away. Sedan and Givet (France) between 30 and 40 km. Charleroi Airport (70 km) and Brussels Zaventem (120 km). Train: Brussels – Namur – Dinant – Libramont line (Graide Station stop) Guest access The laundry room with the washing machine and dryer remains accessible but we ask to use the appliances only during the day between 9am and 6pm in order to keep an ecological apect and to reduce electricity costs/use it personally. Washing and drying shoes in the appliances is strictly forbidden! Other things to note - FUNERALS OF MAIDEN LIFE OR LIFE OF GARCONS, 'beveries' are PROHIBITED!!! We do not put everyone' in the same bag' but we will be uncompromising because we are particularly tired of the disrespect of certain groups of young people in particular from the Netherlands (3 bad experiences in 7 years against 0 for other nationalities!!! ) who come to make an orgy of alcohol and leave the accommodation upside down! We remind you that the accommodation must be in a decent state because other people often arrive the same day! - Bed linen extra €10/15 per occupied bed: Required to be paid before the stay. - PETS: €15/pet In consultation with the landlord: €150 additional deposit. - Sunday: checkout allowed in consultation with the host, possible in some cases until 4pm (for weekend booking in low season only). - No outside noise after 10:30 p.m.; you are in a quiet village and neighbors are either also on vacation or working the next day. - Garbage sorting is mandatory; it's very simple, everything is indicated...if you don't do it and we have to do it again you will pay the fine because we have controls and risk seeing our garbage cans stay on the sidewalk if the sorting is not correct. - SWIMMING POOL: NO LONGER AVAILABLE - GUARANTEE/DEPOSIT Collected by the host only: 350 euros + 100/150 if pet and/or summer stay, Christmas, New Year and resident outside Belgium. In case of damage or disappearance of equipment in the home/terrace, pool there will be no discussion, you may be charged up to €500. - The use of electricity, heating and water consumption will be managed as a good family man. If not, surcharges may apply, including charging an electric vehicle.
