Cozy vacation apartment with panoramic view

General Information:<br><br>Our cozy vacation rental is located in a quiet area in the Buching district. It offers approximately 82 m² of living space on the first floor. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. The vacation rental also features a balcony with seating and a panoramic view.<br><br>A parking space is available right at the entrance. <br>It’s a 5-minute walk to the Buchenbergbahn.<br><br>You’re welcome to store bicycles and strollers in our lockable garage. <br>In winter, wooden sleds are available free of charge.<br><br>A high chair and toys are available.<br><br>Fresh bed linens and towels are included in the price. Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, a TV, Wi-Fi, etc., are provided.<br>________________________________________<br>Additional information: <br><br>Cancellation policy: Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 50% charge up to 14 days before arrival. Please understand that in the event of last-minute cancellations, the full rental price must be paid unless we are able to re-rent the apartment within such a short time frame.<br><br>We ask our guests to leave the apartment “swept clean” upon departure. <br><br>Visitor’s tax per night: Adults €1.25 (May–Sept €1.40), children ages 7–17 €0.85 (May–Sept €0.90); children 6 and under are free. <br><br>The visitor’s tax includes the free “HalblechCard” guest card. <br><br>Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM.
