The Mana Lodge a few steps from the sea offers you tranquility, nature, culture and good food in the unspoiled south of Zanzibar. The room, simply furnished in Zanzibari style, is on the upper floor with a private balcony overlooking the garden. Healthy Karibuni! The space The Mnana is a small lodge with no pretensions other than to make our guests feel good and can accommodate 15 people in five private en-suite bedrooms and in an open space above the restaurant. The beauty of us is the sound of the wind among the plants, the singing of the birds, the greeting of the neighbors, the waves of the sea in the background and, of course, the staff! The Mnana is the ideal place for those who want to know a Zanzibar beyond the beaches. At 120 meters from the sea, in the countryside of kizimkazi Mkunguni, our lodge gives you the opportunity to experience a Zanzibar still almost untouched by tourism. Guest access Guests can enjoy the dishes and snacks of our fusion restaurant, refresh themselves with a Home made fruit juice or a local beer or amazing cocktails in the bar area with free wifi, read a book or doze in the garden or in the relaxation area above the restaurant. And in the evening, perhaps sipping a cocktail or a glass of wine, look at the stars and, in front of the bonfire, exchange impressions with the other guests and the staff. During your stay Mnana Lodge is the place where we live, my partner and I and the staff, and our guests can count on us 24 hours a day for anything: organizing excursions, transportation, events or celebrations and for everything they want to do and know about Kizimkazi and Zanzibar. Even just for a chat! Other things to note We are a 10-minute walk from the village of Kizimkazi Mkunguni and we provide guests with bicycles. The Mnana is not on the sea but has access to a small, quiet beach a little off-center from the village.
