Sunny Fields in Hampshire’s Test Valley

A lovely modern large house, consisting of four large bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms in the market town of Romsey with spectacular views over fields adjacent to the River Test. The historic Mottisfont Abbey is about a 2 miles away, the New Forest is on your doorstep and of course Peppa Pig World is only 10 minutes away. Yet you are only an hour from London. Winchester, the ancient capital of England is a 20 minute drive away as is the beautiful Cathedral City of Salisbury. The space The house is a beautiful converted bungalow, now with four double bedrooms, 3 with ensuite facilities, a gym, an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub and fantastic views. If you like the great outdoors this couldn't be a better spot with walks from the front door along the Test Way and The Monarchs Way and is surrounded by fields and farmlands for as far as the eye can see. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the house. It is our home and not a soulless rental property so we invite you to enjoy the place as we would and to have a great visit Other things to note Please be aware that this isn't a party house, we have good neighbours and we want to keep it that way so please feel free to BBQ and use the Hot Tub but keep the noise to a minimum and behave in a respectful manner. After 10:30pm there should be no music outside. We will enforce this request if its abused by asking you to leave the property immediately. So please if this doesn't sound like what your'e looking for don't book with us. We occasionally receive last minute requests for late checkout which we cannot grant due to cleaning schedules. However, if you would like to delay you check-out in advance we can accommodate this for an additional charge of £295. If we extend the check out it means we lose a nights stay due to the amount of time we need between bookings. Please discuss this option with us before-hand as it isnt always possible and depends in other bookings
