Cozy cottage close to nature & sea with private Jacuzzi

Cozy cottage with a nice location on a hill in a quiet area. A 10-minute walk from the cottage you can reach several different swimming areas. A smaller secluded sandy beach is nearby, as well as a larger swimming area with a diving tower. If you want to relax at home, there is a hot tub/Jacuzzi with 40 degrees warm water and a fireplace to light a fire in. 3 km away is the center of Figeholm with a nice river that runs through the village. There is also a good grocery store & a pizzeria nearby. Possibility for relaxation in beautiful nature! The space At the back of the cottage, you can enjoy the sun all day as the wooden deck is south-facing. If you want to end the day with some barbecue, there is a kettle grill on site. The patio is shared with the cottage next door but is separated by a wooden wall. Wi-Fi with good connectivity is available. Hotel beds from Hilding Other things to note Volleyball, simple tennis rackets & barbecue are available at the cottage. Mobile coverage is good in the cabin and the Wi-Fi has a fast speed, which makes it easy to work from the cabin. Broadband test measures 46 Mbit/s download and 7 Mbit/s upload. Outdoor spa/whirlpool is available for booking, SEK 900/stay (max 1 week) Towels & Bed linen are included in the stay (duvet + pillows are on site) If you wish to have the bed & towels in place, there is an additional cost of SEK 300/person. When you check out, we would like you to carry out the following cleaning procedures: - Dishes. - Take out the garbage (there is a possibility for source sorting). - Vacuum. - Wipe the toilet clean. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 800/stay. If you want to charge your electric car, it costs SEK 300/day. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is NOT allowed in the cottage.
