Wieringen Barn

The Schuurhuis is located in the countryside on the outskirts of the village. The apartment is located at the back of the house on the first floor. You have your own access to the apartment, you enter through the workshop/kitchen (for the guests) of the Schuurhuis. A staircase in this room gives access to the apartment on the first floor. Parking is available on the property. The photos give a good idea of the architect-designed Schuurhuis. The space The apartment on the first floor consists of a bedroom, a hall with a sink and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. In the bedroom there are two single beds; both beds can be provided with a mosquito net in summer times. In addition, there is a round dining/working table with 2 chairs. From the window at the back, you have a beautiful view over the garden and the former island of Wieringen, up to the dike of the Wadden Sea. On the ground floor of the barn house there is (in the spacious workshop/barn) a kitchen and dining table and a seat for guests. From this room you can walk into the garden: the garden offers plenty of opportunities for a place in sun or shade; there is a separate place available for the guests. At the back of the garden, there is a wood-burning stove, and you can enjoy the wide view over Wieringen.
