A lovely rustic house by the sea

Hólmavík is a very beautiful fishing town. It is in the western part of Iceland, by Steingrímsfjörður. It serves as a centre of commerce in the north west and has 375 inhabitants. Hólmavík is home to the Museum of Icelandic Sorcery and Witchcraft. The space Living room: Has one sofa (you can change it into a king size bed for two) and a sofa table. A lot of interesting books and magazines. Dining room: The dining room is next to the kitchen with a good dining table. There are tables and chairs in the spare room if many people are traveling together. Kitchen: Has all utensils and appliances, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, everything for baking, etc. Bedroom 1: Has 2 small double bed (120 x 200 cm) and two night tables. Possible to put up 1 - 2 extra beds if required. A writing desk. Bedroom 2: Has one single bed (90 x 200 cm), reading light and a night table. A writing desk. Bathroom/Laundry room: The shower is located in the laundry room as well as an extra toilet. In the laundry room there is also a washing machine and a dryer available for the guests. Instruction for use of the washing machine is on the top of the machine. Take care that after you push the knob you wait for 5 min before you can open the door. Guest access The guests will have access to a shower, washing machine and all the equipment for cooking and baking. (the house was previously used under a coffee house so we have all the necessary things) Other things to note This is a beautiful old rustic house built in the beginning of the twentieth century in Drangsnes. A few decades later the entire house was shipped over Steingrímsfjörður to its present location in Hólmavík. The house was renovated in 2009 but the original features on the inside have been preserved.
