Quiet room on the Red Hill

In our two-family house in the west of Bayreuth my family and I offer a very quiet and cozy room. The room can be reached separately via the hallway. The room has its own bathroom. The space The room is located in the attic (1st floor) of a two-family house. The Room has 10sqm and its own bathroom of 3sqm. The room can be reached separately via the hallway. The windows of the room are oriented to the north-east. The entire house were renovated in 2014. New walls, new floors (parquet), new doors and also the bathroom has been completely renewed. Guest access The room is separately accessible via the hallway. The room is only used by Airbnb guests, including the bathroom. Other things to note Important: There is no kitchen available. The Room has a fridge for drinks or fruits. Also there is a kettle and cups for having a tee. In the garden (summer) house bikes can be parked rain-protected.
