Nice private room with private shower and toilet in a bungalow in a rustic quiet neighborhood of Nieuw-Vennep. Very close to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Center, the City of Haarlem, Keukenhof, and other tourist opportunities. Walking distance to train- and bus station. Free parking in front of the house. The space Light room with heater, comfortable double bed, TV, water boiler for coffee or tea, and space to put your belongings. Also wireless internet and WIFI in the room. Ideal for one person or a couple. Next to your room, you have your own private bathroom with a shower and a private toilet. Towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer are available in the bathroom also. Guest access We are living in the house and share the front door with you. You have your own key to enter the house. In the small hall, you find the sliding door to your private guest room toilet and shower and a second sliding door that leads to an extra room where you can have breakfast, work, or rest. The part of the house we live in is closed for guests but you will have everything you need available in your part of the house. During your stay We warmly welcome you, lead you to your private space, and tell you all you want to know. We are in for a chat. Other things to note We are obliged to pay tourist taxes to our municipality for your stay at our B&B at 6,29 % per night. To save costs for our guests and ourselves we will accept the total amount in cash upon your arrival. Breakfast is not included. Most of our guests take no breakfast so breakfast is not automatically included. If you want to have breakfast in the morning please let us know. At a small cost, we can provide you with a simple breakfast. If you are planning to visit several places in the region of Amsterdam by public transport, save money and buy the Amsterdam-Region-Travel-Ticket. You can buy the card at the Airport at Tickets & Info counter of NS Train station at the airport or at Amsterdam CS or Hoofddorp CS for instance. With this card you can travel by bus, train, metro and ferries in a large area around Amsterdam including Nieuw - Vennep where we live. The color of the Amsterdam-Region-Travel-Ticket is RED. To get from the airport to our place you can take bus 397, platform 18B, towards Nieuw – Vennep stop Getsewoud Centrum. Note! Make sure you choose the right direction Nieuw – Vennep! NOT Amsterdam stop Leidseplein for instance. You also can take the train to the train station 'Nieuw-Vennep'. Platform 5 - 6. From the train station, Nieuw-Vennep to our place is 25 minutes by foot. 10 minutes by bus 162. Get out at “the first stop “Raiffeisenstraat”. You will find our bungalow at 2 minutes walk in the bend of the street.
