B&B Vigna del Duca - Dependance

Located in the historic area of Grassano (MT), the B&B "Vigna del Duca", so called for its belonging to the ancient ducal territories, is a welcoming and comfortable place, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by absolute tranquility. The space The annex is the flagship of our B&B. It is an open-plan studio of about 40 square meters recently furnished. The apartment is totally independent, completely used for Bed & Breakfast. The kitchen is for breakfast-use only, cooking is not allowed only. The bathroom is inside the apartment only for the use only of the occupants only. In the annex there is a double bed (or two single beds), with the possibility of adding up to two extra single beds, a 28"led TV, central heating with wireless control, managed directly by us at a distance and a free WiFi connection. During the warmer months, there is the possibility of having breakfast, or just relaxing, in the large garden that surrounds the apartment.
