Welcome to Vånevik. Just off Oskarshamn (10km) on the Swedish east coast you will find this fantastic holiday home with a stunning sea view over the archipelago. The house and location offers everything you can think of to make your stay extra special, fishing, sightseeing or just a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The space The house has a large terrace that extends around the house with plenty of chairs, tables and loungers. 30 meters from the house is the common beach where you can have a nice swim. In the back of the house there is a large area for children to run and play. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is everything you can think of to make great and delicious dinners. The house is modern and with generous spaces for togetherness. There is also a barbecue that is free to use. If you want to explore the archipelago and all the different islands there are two kayaks for rent. You can also rent the boat engine if you want to take a trip out to sea or catch fish. The boat is free to use without the engine. There is also a wood-burning sauna with outdoor shower next to it. if you want to use the sauna there is firewood to buy on arrival. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away and is located in Påskalavik, otherwise it is 10 km into Oskarshamn where you will find all possible shops but also restaurants and cafes. The area offers many lovely walks, cycling trails and other activities and attractions in the area. the price for one kayak is 50 EUR for a week (100 EUR for both) and for the boat engine it is 100 EUR for a week. Please note that bed linen and towels/ bath towels are not included. Distance: Fishing and bath 30 m. Provision shop 3 km. Golf 5 km. Oskarshamn 10 km. Kalmar (Öland) 70 km. Tv : Swedish and German. Other things to note please note that towels, bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the price. There is plenty of cleaning equipment in the house for cleaning before departure.
