Small cottage in the countryside North Mayenne

My place is close to Villaines-la-Juhel. You will find serenity and calm with splendid countryside landscapes, a huge garden. My place is good for couples, solo travelers (not yet families with very young children). The space 2 double bedrooms upstairs; two mezzanines; one double bed on the ground floor. Wood heating exclusively. Ecologically insulated house. The second bedroom is available now that the flooring is laid. Curtains were recently installed in both bedrooms. Guest access The accommodation is completely insulated in an ecological way, hemp earth walls and wood fiber plates. So you won't be too hot or too cold in my home. All electricity and plumbing have been refurbished very recently. Given my ecological spirit, there is a solar water heater, and an insert for wood heating. The insert has a small fault, which is why I blocked the calendar these days. As soon as it's fixed, I'll unblock the dates. Small electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom for a small complement to wood heating in winter. It is IMPERATIVE to know how to use a wood insert in winter. The decorative painting work on plasterboard is not quite finished in the mezzanine, but is finished in the bedrooms. The floor coverings are almost finished, there are still a few finishes. I'm waiting for the carpenter to come by to secure the top of the stairs. In the kitchen, the wall decoration work is not finished because I am waiting for the plumber to come by to finish a connection. Due to the unsecured staircase, I do not recommend my accommodation to families with babies or young children under 10 years old, the carpenter will be by soon, and this problem will soon be resolved. Other things to note Currently the second bedroom is not available because I store the painting equipment there, since the paintings upstairs are in progress but not yet finished.
