With 1GB Symmetric Fiber Optic Internet connection with WiFi on all levels of the house and gardens. .- Services and common areas It has 5 rooms and two living rooms, all with AC. Four full bathrooms, sauna (for use ONLY in winter), BBQ, etc., and large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture. Kitchen-dining room of 35 m2 (with Air Conditioning), equipped with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, dishes, cutlery, etc. All rooms are equipped with top quality mattresses, Italian brand Simmons. The Double or Double beds are large (200 cm x 210 cm. and those of a square of 100 cm. x 210 cm.). Each Room has a unique key. The Parking is accessed through an automated gate being able to recharge the batteries of the electric cars (free of charge) in a medium power Electric Charging Station. It is very well located, close to the beach and the Clubs and Fashion Bars; Amnesia, Pachá, Privilege, Ushuaia, Bora Bora, Space, Lio, El Roto, etc. Other things to note .- At the entrance to Can Malvinas, all guests must identify themselves if they did not send images of their passports in advance. The host will take photos of each of the guests' documents accepted by the European Union. .- The Guest who made the reservation will be given three IDENTICAL KEYS to the main doors of Can Malvinas. You will also have a remote control to open the property's entrance gate and park the vehicle(s). .- The host or a Maintenance Technician will check the pool machine room and other (outdoor) facilities first thing in the morning every two or three days.
