If you like to enjoy quiet time, far from the everyday stresses of the world, this country hideaway is for you. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. On a 4.500 m2 (over 1.5 acres) property, surrounded by private gardens and old growth trees. The space This rental includes the complete house (ca. 160m2). You have several bedrooms upstairs with two single beds, a queen bed, the master bedroom, equipped with a king waterbed (2,20 x 2,00m) on the first floor and a beach styled bathroom. On the ground floor you have a living room with an integrated dining place for up to 9 people. The living room is luxury equipped with a huge couch area from Bullfrog, surrounded with Rolf Benz carpet and beech parquet. A Bang & Olufsen TV (Sky TV, Netflix) and a fast Glasfiber WiFi for your entertainment. Two separate fireplaces increase your option of a relaxed stay during chilly weather. Also, located on the ground floor, two smaller bedrooms one with a double bed and in a arm space is a small bed couch. In addition another bathroom (includes the sauna) and the kitchen. The complete renovated house is located on approximately 4500m2 property. If you need more space for extra guests which want to sleep on a mattress, airbeds or whatever, we can arrange it. So please let me know in advance. The additional price per night is €55 for each person (more than 4 guests) and will be charged due an extra payment request via Airbnb. A part of the property (not the main house) will be shared as described with your host or his wife. Guest access The living room (downstairs). One master bed room with a water bed, a second bed room with 2 single beds, 1 Queen bed on the 1st floor. Also downstairs, a double bed room and a couch bed in a between room. The two private bathroom (one upstairs) includes rain dance shower and the one downstairs has a sauna. Besides your rooms, you have access to the kitchen. Due to the reason our area offers a huge variety of local, private owned restaurants, which are more than happy to welcome you as their guest, please check my recommendations in the guide book. As a kind of community support, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation to visit the diversified, local Restaurants and Cafes as often as possible for a delicious meal and use the full equipped kitchen to prepare your breakfast, a fresh coffee, a quick snack or what ever you like to. You have also access to the beautiful garden around the main building, the terrace and beach area either through the backside or front door. Keep in mind that there is a chance to meet your host on the property - but not in the main house :). A remote control gives you access to the alarm secured property, either the wireless entry allows an easy keyless handling to your private rooms. Soap, hairdryer, Weber BBQ (refill the gas please, if it get's low after usage) are available. If you need anything else or have further questions to the house, the amount of guests, please do not hesitate to ask. Other things to note The facility and the property is a strict non smoking area and no drugs at all are forbidden. The rooms are rent to adults only. No pets and parking is allowed on the property only! The Usage of the property, house and equipment (specially the Sauna, Gas grill, stairs) is on your own risk. That includes all areas of the whole house. Additional guest ONLY after clearance with your host. Paid fee for additional guest or extra service will not be refunded due to the reason of "no show" or no "need anymore". It could be possible that friends of Claus stay in the owner’s Tiny Camo House, or on the backyard property too. The 4.500m2 property has enough space to join your vacation time anyways. Please take care about your trash and please, try to avoid or reduce non eco-friendly plastic. You will stay in a small, quiet village with neighbours who wanted to be respected. So please take care about them. For an additional fee of €20 we can arrange a Supermarkt delivery service, which has to be paid separately within the order. Of course you can use the EV Charger for your vehicle after consultation with Claus (extra fee and pay in cash is necessary.)
