Cozy vacation apartment in Almtal

The space Our newly opened apartments in 2015 offer you full comfort: - A fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. - Free Wi-Fi for surfing the World Wide Web. - A flat-screen TV and a radio for your favorite station. - A heavenly double bed you won't want to get out of. - A modern bathing oasis with shower and toilet. - A cozy living room with dining table and sofa bed. - We are happy to provide towels and bed linen. - For longer stays: We have a central laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron to make you feel at home. (Alternatively, we are happy to organize a cleaning and laundry service for you.) - For our young guests, we are happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot with linen (please request when booking). Good mood, friendly staff and nice weather included (in case of emergency we lend umbrellas). Our apartments are located at the gates of the Alm Valley, a natural paradise with many opportunities for cross-country skiing, skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking. Description of the apartments: Apartment 2.1 Our apartment 2.1 (35 m²) has an anteroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a cozy large double bed, bathroom with toilet. The apartment is especially well suited for two or three people, as you have to go through the bedroom to get into the living room with the kitchen. The bedroom has no lockable door to the living room, only a passage. However, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so three people (or 2 adults and 2 children) can stay comfortably in the apartment. For short stays, our apartment offers space for up to four people, for longer stays we recommend one of our other apartments. Guest access Wi-Fi Laundry room (for longer stays) Other things to note Apartment layout: Large anteroom with wardrobe and small desk. On the right you enter the bathroom with a toilet. On the left you enter the bedroom, which is separated by a glass door from the anteroom. Through the bedroom you enter the living room with the kitchenette and the sofa bed. Attention: There is no door between the bedroom and the living room, only a passage. Before check-out - Please note the following points: We ask that you leave the apartment as you found it so that we can quickly prepare everything for the next guests: Dishes & cutlery: Please wash all dishes and cutlery, dry them thoroughly and put them back in their place in the kitchen boxes and cutlery drawer. Garbage disposal: Dispose of the garbage properly and please separate the garbage carefully (glass, aluminum, plastic, paper do not belong in the residual garbage). Leftovers: Remove all leftovers from the apartment, especially from the refrigerator, boxes and table. Swept clean: Please leave the apartment swept clean – this means tidy and superficially clean, so that we can start the final cleaning directly. Cleaning fee: The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of an apartment that has been swept clean as well as the washing of bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, we have to charge additional costs for any special cleaning that goes beyond this. Last check: Please check before your departure that you have taken all your personal belongings with you.
