We are committed to providing a pleasant and clean environment for our guests Guest access Access Codes are sent the morning of arrival. If you are travelling from overseas, then these can be sent earlier upon request. Other things to note On booking, we will send you an email confirming your booking and other information. Near to your arrival date, you will receive an email with directions to the apartment. Free parking may be available based on availability. Please note the following additional fees, which apply based on guest requests: * Early check-in / Late check-out: £10 per hour * Travel cot: £8 per night (subject to availability) * Refresh service: £40 * Extra bed linen: £25 per set * Extra towels: £15 per set Kindly note that requests for extra linen or towels must be made during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), and deliveries can only be arranged during these times.
