My place is close to Niendorf fishing port, bird park, cliffs, nature reserve / moor, public transport, city center. You'll love my place because of the open floor plan and the associated openness to nature, coziness, the views, the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space The Ferienhaus am Vogelpark is a bungalow with two apartments, a garden and a spacious front garden facing the residential street. The beautiful nature reserve Aalbeek-Niederung with its natural reed landscape and Lake Hemmelsdorf border it. The beach and Niendorf fishing port are about 600 m away. The beach and the nearest dog beach are about a 10-minute walk from the vacation home. The light-flooded, modern and family- and pet-friendly apartment no. 2 with 47 m² described here has a separate entrance with a spacious front garden and a large terrace. The newly renovated open living spaces spread a relaxing feel-good atmosphere through the tasteful interior design with designed built-in furniture. Apartment no. 2 features: - 47 m² of living space, open floor plan - For 2 people (and child(ren)), pets (max. 2) allowed - Underfloor heating - Shower room: hairdryer and TOWEL SET INCLUDED - Cooking area: induction stovetop, range hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave - Washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner - Sleeping area: 1 double bed, BED LINEN INCLUDED - Living area: sofa bed (extendable to 1.50 m x 2.00 m), smart TV with Internet access - Dining area for at least 2 people - WiFi included - Large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers - Private parking is available for our guests - Two 28-inch bicycles (on request) - Non-smokers only Other things to note A cleaning and service fee of €110 is also due once in addition to the rental price. Our "cleaning fee" shown on AirBnB includes utility costs, final cleaning, key handover and a linen package (towels and bed linen). There is no security deposit. If the additional use of the sofa bed for 1 or 2 people is desired, a fee of €15 per night will be charged. Please note that the vacation home nienrausch is a privately run vacation property. Since we do not charge a deposit, we trust our guests to a great extent to handle our beloved vacation home carefully. You can flexibly arrange your arrival / check-in on the day of your arrival with the 6-digit code you receive from 3:00 p.m. (local time). If you arrive before 3 pm, you are welcome to park your car on site if free. Departure / check-out if necessary / by appointment at 11 am with Aldona Schlichting, our guest supervisor. Please note that the number code will then lose its validity. Therefore, please plan the arrival and departure times when preparing your trip. We are happy to provide you with our 2 simple bicycles (1 women's and one men's city bike) free of charge on request. We allow all guests who like to grill to bring their mobile grill to the nienrausch vacation home. Care must be taken to ensure that it is not placed on the wooden terrace. Cooled ash must be disposed of in the residual waste. For electric grills, we have prepared an external socket on the terrace, whose power switch can be switched on in the shed next to the door in apartment 1. The local Ostseecard / visitor's tax is to be paid on site: Every guest who is required to pay a tourism contribution automatically receives the Ostseecard when registering with the rental company or the tourism service. The Ostseecard allows discounted admission to numerous facilities of the participating locations. Vacation guests aged 18 and over are required to pay a tourism contribution if they stay in Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf for at least one night. Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age are exempt from the tourism contribution, but receive the card on request for a 1 euro nominal fee. Disabled people with a severe disability of 80% or more receive a 50% discount on the tourist tax. Accompanying persons are exempt from the fee, provided that this is marked with a "B" in the disability card. The guest must prove to us the entitlement to a discount or exemption by presenting the disability card. Behind the Ostseecard is a comprehensive range of services with numerous discounts for attractions, discounts in shops and special offers in the catering industry. In addition, the Ostseecard allows free and unlimited access to all Baltic Sea beaches in the participating locations.
