We would require a security deposit of £150 We also collect main guest ID before checkin HOUSE: The house has recently been renovated from bare bricks condition to a fresh looking, light airy with a large communal area of 32ft X 12ft. It's a mid-terrace house 5 bedroom house with 2 ensuites on the second floor and 1 wet-room(Shared by 4 people ground and 1st floor) on the first floor and 1 bathroom(Share by 4 people on the ground and 1st floor) on the ground floor. You enter through the front composite white door in hallway painted bright white full of light. On your right-hand door to a double bedroom on the ground floor. You continue to the large communal area where very comfortable sofas with coffee tables and a 42 in SMART LCD TV with fiber broadband access. It's an open plan living kitchen and diner so the feel of openness and large space is great so you never feel claustrophobic. The kitchen is right at the end of open space on right-hand side L shaped with an electric oven and gas cooker. You follow through another hallway which leads to the back door to block paved area and just before the back door on your right-hand side door to a secluded bathroom which is shared by 4 rooms for those weekend relaxing bath. KITCHEN: Open plan kitchen diner with cooker hob with oven. Cupboards for every tenant and room in the fridge to share. LIVING: The large living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, access to high-speed broadband. BEDROOMS: With the contemporary look and cozy feel, all Rooms come with a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, chair, and a table. We really care about your comfort. HEATING: You can control the heating of your room through Thermostatic Control Or through a Wireless Thermostatic control in landings for the whole house. LAUNDRY: There will be a washing machine and a dryer available in a dedicated Laundry area. CLEANLINESS: The communal areas are cleaned on regular basis and kept in good order for your comfort. You are free to use kitchen diner and open plan living area, there are 2 bathrooms to share. 1 with bathtub and the other one is wetroom. In the kitchen, I always have Brown and Seeded bread, Tea, Coffee you are more than welcome to help yourself. Our neighborhood is very quiet. Off license is 1 minute walk, farmfoods and a parade of shops is 2 minutes walk. Bus stops are 2 minutes walk. Asda is about 7-10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive. Town Center is 5 minutes drive.
