The villa accommodates up to eight guests across three restful rooms: • 1 bedroom with two single beds (2 guests) • 1 bedroom with two semi-double beds — Japanese queen size (4 guests) • 1 tatami room with two futons (2 guests) Large windows frame the forest outside, filling the living and dining areas with natural light and tranquility. The villa also features a bathroom, two separate toilets, and a laundry area with a washing machine, making it ideal for both short getaways and longer stays. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning that functions as both cooling and heating, while the living and dining room feature a cozy indoor firewood stove, creating a warm and soothing atmosphere on cool mountain nights. To maintain the calm atmosphere of the community, please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and early morning hours. 🌲 Nature & Surroundings As the villa is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter small forest insects during spring and summer. Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to maintain comfort indoors. 🍖 BBQ (Seasonal Use) If you would like to use the BBQ, please contact the host by the day before so we can prepare everything for you. ⚠️ BBQ is not available during the winter season (December – March). BBQ equipment provided: Grill, gas fuel, disposable net, tongs, gloves, and fire starter. No charcoal is required — the BBQ is gas-powered and quick & easy to use. Basic seasonings such as oil, salt, and pepper are provided in the kitchen. Please bring your own sauces or marinades. Indoor dishes may be used. Kindly follow the house guide and use BBQ facilities with care at all times. 🎆 Fireworks Only handheld fireworks are permitted. For safety reasons, fireworks may only be used in designated areas. Please contact us in advance if you plan to use fireworks. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted indoors, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas using proper ashtrays. 🔥 Fire Safety Please handle all fire-related activities with great care. Be cautious when using the BBQ grill, pizza oven, or when smoking. Avoid handling fire after consuming alcohol, and never leave open flames unattended. Even small sparks can pose a serious risk in a forest environment. 🏠 House Etiquette Please remove your shoes indoors to protect the flooring. Dispose of trash responsibly by following the house guide provided. 🚗 Parking & Winter Driving Free parking is available for up to three cars in front of the villa.
