Casa Praia de Maresias, in the Atlantic Forest

House in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, with lots of nature, fauna, flora, spring water and quiet, 1 km from Maresias beach, close to markets, bakeries and restaurants, pizzerias, deliveries and clubs. We have Wi-Fi and accept pets. Parking inside the house. The place is safe, with a local neighborhood. For those who like surfing, the beach is ideal, with waves and clear sand, or just to enjoy the incredible landscape of this stretch of the North Coast. The space The land is large, so you will have privacy. Several species of birds and butterflies circulate. A stream passes through the land, always resounding with a little noise of running water. The pool is supplied with water from this spring, as are the water tanks. The interior of the house is fresh and spacious, simple but cozy. Guest access The house has access to the entire property, with lots of local vegetation, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a river stream. Trees over 500 years old (according to environmentalists) can be seen on the grounds. The sky is also all yours, lined with stars
