The historic old town of Goslar is just a few minutes' walk away. The "World Heritage Site - Rammelsberg Mine" can also be reached on foot in 15 - 20 minutes. The well-equipped and signposted network of hiking trails around Goslar through the beautiful Harz Mountains starts almost right outside the front door. Many Harz winter sports areas as well as many other sports facilities are accessible by car or public transport (bus stop near the apartment). The space Your "home away from home" has 3 cozy bedrooms on 130 m². One bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 X 200), a wardrobe, table and two chairs. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (180 X 200) and also have a wardrobe, table and two chairs each. In the living room, the corner sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping places (140 X 200). The additional dining area in this modern and comfortably furnished room offers space for four people. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer offers enough space for up to 8 people at a large table for a cozy breakfast or other shared meals. From the kitchen, a door leads to the approx. 25 m² terrace with the possibility to enjoy breakfast in the summer in "fresh air" or to end the evening with a glass outdoors. The spacious bathroom offers something for every taste: shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Guest access The apartment hallway, bathroom, kitchen, terrace and living room are always accessible to the guests. Depending on the size of your group, for example, only one bedroom will be open for two people. For four guests, the third bedroom remains closed. For groups of 5 or more, all bedrooms are open. Other things to note We are an absolute non-smoking house!!! Please note this before booking! The city charges a guest fee (similar to a spa tax) of €3.30 per day for adults Children are exempt. This must be paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be paid by me to the city. Business travelers are partially exempt, so please check with the tourist information office before arrival.
