Perfect if you're wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet easy access into the city, with a bus stop right on the doorstep that goes directly into town. The popular village of Strensall is just down the road, with a choice of local amenities including shops, pubs, golf course and local walks. Monks cross shopping park is a 5 min drive away, which has a huge range of high street shops, including M&S, John Lewis and Primark, aswel as lots of restaurants and a brand new cinema! Spacious open plan living area with 50 inch smart tv, large comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and double bedroom with 32" smart tv. There is also a private courtyard that sits at the front of the property and we have free off road parking. All our guests get a "Breakfast Bundle" which consists of bread, milk, cereal, croissant, butter, jam and marmalade, tea and coffee. Breakfast bundle applies to short stays only. Guest access Guests have the entire flat to themselves and use of a private courtyard to the front. There is a large sofa bed which can sleep two extra people, at an extra cost. This can be discussed upon booking. It is free parking during your stay. Other things to note We are in a excellent position (2 miles) for the A64 which can take you to the East coast ie Scarborough, Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors. 4 miles from the city centre (bus route on the doorstep) Only a short drive away is the Monks Cross shopping park and Vanguard shopping park with top stores, cinema and York's new stadium.
