KITCHEN / LIVING AREA The living area is filled with an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, hob & oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed, not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats BEDROOMS Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2, double bed, sleeps 2 Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire PARKING: Parking to the rear of the property is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also unrestricted parking on the opposite side of the property, along with additional on-street parking on nearby roads. Guest access Full check-in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3 pm once your damage deposit has been paid. Other things to note My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered. Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
