Authentic cozy house with private sauna Groningen

Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price. The space Enjoy peace, space, the sauna, the (fitness) attic and of course the beautiful surroundings where there is plenty to do. There is no garden, but with nice weather you can sit on the jetty in front of the house on the Winsumerdiep. There is a bench in front of the house that you can place as you like in the sun by the water or against the house in the shade. There is also a picnic table; cozy for lunch or a drink by the water. The road in front of the house is quiet and has one-way traffic, the water is suitable for swimming! Bringing a (quiet) dog is allowed! Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. The Canadian canoe is available for 15 euros a day and the bicycles for 5 euros a bike a day. Other things to note We are a puppy foster family for KNGF guide dogs. We have Nuraa in the house to prepare her for her beautiful task as a guide dog. Despite good cleaning, you may encounter a hair or the smell of the pup ( never in the bedrooms!). As a guest, you can also bring a dog. Bikes are available to use ( 2 x ladies bike and 1 x men's bike). A contribution for the use of this ( for maintenance) of 5 euros per bike per day please deposit in the money box. Our Canadian canoe ( 2 people) is next to the house. With 2 people, you can lift the canoe in the water in front of the house and take it out again after use. Please contribute 15 euros per day used as rent. Normal use of the sauna is included. If you use the sauna daily, an additional fee is nice!
