Charming bright wooden cottage

Our small, charming cottage is bright and older. It is ideal for families with children of 4-5 people. The garden is large with lots of sun, a wooden terrace and a trampoline. Wildlife bath can be used with extra payment. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Havnsø, a small cozy harbor town with a supermarket, restaurants, harbor bath, mini golf and ferry to Nekselø and Sejerø. The cottage borders Vesterlyng, which is a protected nature area. It is about 1.5 km to two beautiful and very child-friendly beaches. The space The cottage has two smaller bedrooms with a children's/youth bunk bed in one room and a double bed in the other room. Small but functional bathroom that has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Our smaller kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge and small freezer. There's no dishwasher! The living room is bright and has access to a large terrace and views of the garden. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, heat pump, dining table and wood-burning stove. You have to pay for firewood yourself, wood briquettes can be bought cheapest in hardware stores such as XL Byg or Harald Nyborg. There are televisions with local TV channels. On the covered corner of the terrace, there is a large lounge sofa. In addition, there is a barbecue as well as a hammock that hangs out in the summer. The garden is large and with plenty of sun and space for ball games. In the garden, there is a large trampoline as well as a wilderness bath. When using the wilderness bath, an additional DKK 400 must be paid, and you must buy firewood yourself. No bonfires in the garden. Electricity consumption is settled and paid at the end of the stay. There is plenty of space for parking, if you come by public transport, there is a bus stop close to the house. Cottages are rented for a minimum of 1 week at a time. Guest access TV with HDMI connector, there is no WiFi, we use our phones for internet when we are there. Two adult bikes as well as one child (10-14 years), fully equipped kitchen, games, crib and barbecue. The house is heated with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There's a trampoline buried in the garden and a hammock. You bring your own food, bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths. Electricity consumption is settled and paid at the end of the stay. Other things to note We only rent for a minimum of 1 week. Electricity consumption is settled upon departure. You must bring your own bed linen and breakfast.
