Een delightful holiday house situated in the summerhouse of the farm Welgelegen. The farmhouse is situated next to river 't Gein. The area is very suitable for walks and bike tours. The house is 500 meters away from the idyllic town Abcoude and very close to the train station. The train brings you in 20 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam which makes it possible to combine the business of the city with the welcoming space and peace of the country life. The space The holiday house has an open kitchen with a big stove and oven and a big kitchen table. The living room is nice and spacious and has a beautiful lookout on the river and the green fields. The authentic staircase brings you upstairs where you can find a bathroom with shower and a separate bath and sink, a toilet and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize double bed, one has two single beds which can be connected and 1 room has a bunk bed. The double bed as well as the single beds are from high quality. Downstairs and upstairs have floor geothermal heating for the winters and a geothermal floor cooling system for the summer. All the window can be blinded. Guest access Guests have access to the house, the garden/terrace, the laundry room and free parking. Other things to note Our property is located in a quiet area, and we prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests. There are other guests on the premises so we kindly request to respect the quiet hours and be considerate of your neighbors during your stay. This accommodation is not a place to party.
