There are two bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake and the other with two single beds that can be joined together. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with utility facilities and a washing machine, and an exit to a private terrace. The thoughtful layout ensures comfort for both families and couples traveling together. Guest access Guests have the entire Green House and a private terrace for their exclusive use. The interior of the house is not shared with other people. At Sen Topoli, there are also common areas and amenities for guests of both houses: a sauna, a private beach, a pier, a playground, a sports field, a fire pit, and bicycles. Other things to note There are two independent houses on the Sen Topola property, so the beach, pier, sauna and other recreational areas are shared by the guests of both properties. The house has two levels and an internal staircase. The beach is not guarded, so children should only use it, the pier and the lake under adult supervision.
