Enjoy late days in this idyllic Sørlandshuset. The sea view from the kitchen and living room must be experienced. The house is located in a large lush garden with fruit trees and berry bushes, and has its own jetty. The house has been recently renovated and has a new bathroom with rain shower, towel dryer and heating cables. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for in terms of white goods and other kitchen equipment. Guests are free to use the house's two sea kayaks and motorboat to explore the area or shop for food. The space Idyllic southern house with open living room/kitchen on the ground floor. Kitchen and living room have stunning sea views. The kitchen is equipped dishwasher, induction plate top, miele oven, fridge and everything one might want from kitchenware. There are new bathroom with a rain shower, towel dryer and heating cables. In the second floor there are two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed and a cot, this bedroom is facing the bay and the sea. The second bedroom is facing the garden and has a big single bed/small double bed There is a boo in the garden with a double bed and a cot. Guest access Guests have access to the house, the pier, the arch and a large garden with garden furniture, barbecue. In the garden, there are fruits, berries, and vegetables that can be freely picked. Note the boat is taken up in October and is put out in April - this is therefore not included between October and April unless otherwise agreed The garden house is also closed in the same period. Thus, the house is best suited for 4 people during this period. Other things to note Guests must clean out their own check-out. Bed linen and towels must be brought unless otherwise agreed.
