Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: - An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. - A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required. - The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons. - A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning). - Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID. - Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. Other things to note You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay.
