The Blue House. Countryside and sea

The space Bungalow built in traditional architecture style set in an orange farm 0,9 mile from the beach, in the cap Bon region, away from crowded tourist zones. It offers the necessary comfort in a simple and relaxing atmosphere. From June to October, the large basin (25 m²) facing the bungalow is daily filled with fresh well water (used for irrigating the orange trees) and serves as a swimming pool. The house is based in a 1,000 m² large private space (with an independent entrance) planted with orange trees and ornamental plants. Its vaulted roof typical of the traditional local architecture keeps the building cool in Summer. It has a fitted kitchen, a small bathroom, a large room including a single bed and a double bed plus one mezzanine on each side equipped with a double bed on one and a single bed on the other. The orange farm where the owners live is situated close to a village named Tazerka, 2 km away from the Africa Jade hotel complex (bank, supermarket, Moorish café, teahouse and various shops), 3 km away from Korba (its central market with a large choice of fresh fish and vegetables) and 15 km away from the famous seashore city of Nabeul and its medina. Short excursions possible in the cap Bon region: Kelibia, Kerkouane, El Haouaria (up North), Nabeul and Hammamet (down South). Possible activities : birdwatching in the Tazerka and Korba lagoons (particularly migratory birds) ; horse riding (horse riding club in the nearby Somaa and Nabeul). The plus of the Maison Bleue: the peace of the countryside, closeness to the beach, away from the bustling life of the Nabeul-Hamammet touristic pole. Its minus: no independent bedroom. Guest access Travelers have all the private area of ​​the Blue House and the bungalow itself and a separate entrance. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The "private" nature of the area of ​​the Blue House does not mean that it is surrounded by a wall which makes them invisible to the permanent senia occupants, namely the owners and the agricultural worker (circulating in the day during his work) even if they respect the privacy of tenants.
