Clarens House Self Catering Holiday Home

Clarens House is a modern minimalistic home, with unique features, a spacious open plan living area, and creative, relaxing outdoor areas to enjoy. The house sleeps 4 guests in two ensuite bedrooms. The arrangement is open plan bedroom/bathroom upstairs and closed bathroom downstairs. A minute's walk to shops and restaurants. There is an indoor braai which acts as a fireplace. Smart TV, DSTV and wifi provided. Additional guests or children will attract extra cost. The space Main House Bedrooms: There are two queen bedrooms in the main house, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bedroom has an open plan bath, toilet, and basin. There is no partition between bed and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a shower, toilet and basin in an enclosed area with a sliding door. The downstairs bedroom has no door but is around a corner and not visible from the rest of the house. Living area: The entrance of the house leads guests into the open plan living area of the lounge, dining area and self catering kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, 4 gas ring stove with electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine (guest to supply own pods) and appliances. There is an indoor braai and wood burning fire place (guests supply own wood and fire lighters). There is a Smart TV and DSTv decoder with premium package. Guests need own codes for Netflix and other apps. There is wifi available. West facing outdoor living area through glass sliding doors, has covered patio with table and chairs and benches. There is a braai/fire pit. Tiny House. The patio leads to a tiny house which sleeps two guests, in two very small upstairs bedrooms. Only suitable for teenagers and young adults as the stairs are narrow with no rails. There is a kitchenette, shower, toilet and basin. This space is NOT rented out separately to the main house. This space is only available on special request. There is on site parking for three cars and the house is situated very close to the centre of town. Guest access The whole house is available to guests Other things to note For accessing DSTV and other channels, we have provided and smart TV and wifi. Full access is given for DSTV but for Netflix and other favourite subscription channels, guests must provide their own log in details. The house has a 1000 liter tank and pump so there is water even when the town municipal reservoirs are closed at night or during municipal water pipe repairs.
