Quiet, comfortable apartment with private parking, ideal for 4 people. The apartment is 35 m2 for up to four people with a balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator access. You will find a fully equipped kitchen area: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle. A sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (brand new). The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. The space You benefit from a private and secure parking. A washing machine is at your disposal in the accommodation. The bed linen is provided. Towels and bath towels are not provided. If you damage the property, furniture, etc. in the home, you may be charged for the damage caused. Due to Covid19, I put at your disposal a cleaning kit, in order to keep the apartment clean during your stay (including; bleach, floor cleaner, new sponge, bagless vacuum cleaner, disinfectant wipes...) thank you for keeping the apartment in a clean state. Small animals are accepted provided that their owner expressly ensures that they do not commit any degradation and no discomfort with respect to tenants. departures are at a maximum of 10 a.m. and arrivals are between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. (You can arrive a little later but it is necessary to let me know in advance so that I can organize the handover of the keys) The apartment has internet. Located not far from the city center of the peninsula of Giens: You will find restaurants: Le Grand Baie, Le Provencale,Le Pradeau Plage... You will also find a glacier, a supermarket, the doctor, dentist, souvenir shops, baker, bars, small fishing port 10 minutes walk (Port du Niel ). Every Tuesday morning there is the local market which is within walking distance. Otherwise there is a Giant Casino 10 km away (also accessible by bus number 67). Every Saturday morning there is the local market in the city center of Hyères (also accessible by bus number 67). Right next to the residence there is a pharmacy. Close to the beach of Almanarre and La Bergerie (about 10 minutes walk) as well as the beautiful coves (by the coastal path). The accommodation is located near the boats of the Tour Fondue for departures to the island of Porquerolles Port-Cros or the island of Levant (about 2kms by car, also accessible by bus number 67, there is 20 minutes of crossing by boat) Very pleasant area to cycle, because many bike paths are equipped.
