Fantastically cozy house with lake property and large heated pool of 8.50x4 m. From the jetty and the orangery there is a mountain view, a few meters away there is a barbecue area on the beach. In summer, there are nice walking and cycling paths into Östersund and good bus connections all year round. In winter, the municipality plows a public ice road for skis, skates, and walking from the bathhouse park in the city center. It passes our house 200 meters out on the ice. Gustavsberg's ski slope is 2 kilometers away. Heated jacuzzi on the balcony. The space Large house spread over two floors, 240 sqm, and a separate part with its own bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. This part is connected to the rest of the house but can easily be closed off if you are a larger group and need to split up a bit. (No one lives in this part if the house is rented out) Open floor plan downstairs where kitchen and living room are together, which provides large areas to socialize.
