Contemporary annex in the countryside nr Salisbury

Detached light and airy annex with vaulted ceiling and french doors opening onto beautiful countryside within a short drive to Salisbury, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants and cultural things to do. Newly built with lovely light and spacious rooms, designed in a contemporary yet cosy manner. A DW and WM have now been added. We have a lovely village pub and post office/ shop and are right on the Clarendon way with lots of beautiful walks. Stonehenge is a short drive away. The space We are located between the villages of Pitton and West Winterslow. The annex is set in the grounds of our main home, however your patio and view over the rolling fields are completely private. A picket fence has recently been added to give you even more privacy. You can drive right to the door and are very much independent from our main home. The kitchen is open plan to the main living area and contains an oven, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, fridge freezer, and Nespresso machine (some pods provided). Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom overlooking the garden and a newly fitted bathroom with excellent shower. A Washing machine how now been added in the upstairs cupboard. If you need to be working from home we have a desk and office chair kept in the downstairs cupboard that can easily be put up and there is good wifi. Guest access The barn is a separate building, you use our driveway, but apart from that it’s self contained and private. Other things to note The property is not usually available on a long term basis. However, depending on the time of year it might be considered, so it is always worth getting in contact. EVs There is an outside electric socket on site. Charging EVs is only on request and chargeable.
