The DHH is located in 18317 Neuendorf b. Saal / Hafenweg 6D. It is about 85 m" tall with water views and with a sauna, fireplace and Wi-Fi. The location is very quiet right on the harbor. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each are available; in one bedroom the sleeping places are accommodated in the alcove. 2 car parking spaces belong to the DHH. Pets are allowed. Operating costs will be billed according to consumption. Tourist tax will be charged. 150€ deposit upon arrival. The space The property is located directly on the water; the natural beach is 50 meters away. The area is great for surfing, kiting, cycling, fishing, walking, etc. In the house there is Wi-Fi, a fireplace and sauna. Bicycles are available for free use. A rowboat can be rented. Heating/electricity/water/sewage are exclusive and will be billed according to usage. The municipality charges a spa tax: €2/person from 15 years of age. A deposit of €150 is due upon arrival (will be offset against consumption costs). Pets are allowed - a flat rate of €65/dog/stay will be charged.
