The DHH is located in 18317 Neuendorf b. Saal / Hafenweg 6D. It is about 85 m² with water views and sauna, fireplace and Wi-Fi. The location is very quiet right on the harbor. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each are available; in one bedroom the sleeping places are accommodated in the alcove. 2 car parking spaces belong to the DHH. Pets are allowed. Operating costs are billed according to consumption. Spa tax is levied. €150 deposit on arrival. The space The property is located directly on the water; the natural beach is 50 meters away. The area is great for surfing, kiting, cycling, fishing, walking, etc. In the house there is Wi-Fi, a fireplace and sauna. Bicycles are available for free use. A rowboat can be rented. Heating/ electricity/ water/ sewage are exclusive and will be billed according to consumption. The municipality charges a visitor's tax: €2 per person from 15 years of age. Upon arrival, a €150 deposit is due (will be charged with consumption costs). Pets are allowed - a flat rate of € 65/dog/stay will be charged.
