Bakers Yard, Thornham

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns. The space Bakers Yard has a well-equipped kitchen with a 'Bake Off' style oven. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shower room and living room with wood burner and a study/play room, we provide space for a relaxing holiday for all the family, including the dog. The garden is an enclosed and sheltered sun-trap, ideal for alfresco dining. Guest access Bakers Yard is a family holiday home, so you will find well-stocked kitchen, toys, games, books and videos available during your stay. As much of the contents of the house are family belongings, we ask that they are treated with loving care and left in place at the end of your stay. All ground floor rooms open out onto the courtyard and the ensuite bedroom on the ground floor provides easier access for those with mobility issues. There are two small steps into the house and one step between the living room and kitchen. Other things to note Three night bookings are accepted in off peak periods. During school holidays and across the summer months (April to September) there is a 1 week minimum stay policy. Bookings should start on a Saturday as this is our changeover day with our wonderful cleaners. The house can be also be rented to sleep two or four at a 10% discount outside school holidays from October to March. We simply close the door leading to the study, upstairs bedrooms and family bathroom. The downstairs is fully equipped with kitchen, living room with TV, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and shower room.
