The studio is about 35 square meters and consists of a combined living - / as well as bedroom with a cooking opportunity and a separate bathroom . This apartment was only newly furnished in 2009, while the bathroom has been renovated. A functional , but still homely atmosphere has been a priority ( a bit of color had to be simple. . . ) . The studio is good for one or two people . Please also note that pets are not desired in the apartment and no smoking is allowed in the house.
