The space In a quiet residential area, modern 150 m2 villa including: On the ground floor: A large living room of 65 m2 with equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet. Overlooking a covered terrace, the garden and its semi-underground wooden pool. Upstairs: - Master's degree with private bathroom and two-seater balneo bathtub (160 bed). - A double bedroom (140 bed). - One bedroom with two singles (90 beds). - A bedroom called the "paradise of teenagers" with a mezzanine and a double bed (140 bed). - A bathroom with shower. - toilet. - About 800 m2 of fully enclosed land with automatic gate, shaded parking spaces. - Semi-buried wooden swimming pool secluded 3.5m X 6.5m and 1.4m deep with synthetic lawn surroundings. - Terrace of 50 m2 fully tiled with a covered part for alfresco lunches, the other part shaded by its multicolored sails. - Children's play gantry, BBQ sunbathing, ping pong table, balls... Guest access The village center is a 10-minute walk away, with its weekly market every Tuesday morning, its friendly and varied shops, its historic castle with its performance or exhibition halls. A small village of about 4000 inhabitants quiet but very lively with many activities organized by the municipality. Other things to note The central access staircase to the first floor is certainly very aesthetic and modern, however it can show this traitorous, so caution recommended for the elderly and children.
