The villa "Les vies denses" will be happy to welcome you with family or friends to enjoy the sun of Provence, to the rhythm of the song of the cicadas, while tasting a refreshing pastaga !!!! 10 minutes walk from the center of the village which offers all the amenities: local shops, pharmacy, cooperative cellar.... The space In a quiet residential area, modern villa of 150 m2 including: On the ground floor: A large living room of 65 m2 with equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, toilets. Overlooking a covered terrace, the garden and its half-buried wooden swimming pool. Upstairs : - Parental suite with private bathroom and two-seater whirlpool bath (160 cm bed). - A double bedroom (140 cm bed). - A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm beds). - A so-called "teenager's paradise" bedroom with a mezzanine and a double bed (140 cm bed). - A bathroom with shower. - bathroom. - Approximately 800 m2 of fully enclosed land with automatic gate, shaded parking spaces. - Semi-buried wooden swimming pool out of sight of 3.5 m X 6.5 m and a depth of 1.4 m with its surroundings in synthetic lawn. - Terrace of 50 m2 fully tiled with a covered part for outdoor lunches, the other part shaded by its multicolored sails. - Portico of games for children, barbecue, sunbathing, ping-pong table, balls .... The rental includes bed linen, towels and bath linen depending on the number of people provided when booking. If you prefer to have your own, remember to let us know. For all reservations of 3 weeks, a reduction of 10% will be applied to the overall price. Guest access The center of the village is 10 mins walk, with its weekly market every Tuesday morning, its friendly and varied shops, its historic castle with its performance halls and exhibitions. A small village of about 4000 inhabitants, quiet but very lively with many activities organized by the municipality. Other things to note The central access staircase to the first floor is certainly very aesthetic and modern, however it can be treacherous, so caution is recommended for the elderly and children.
