The villa "Les vies denses" will be happy to welcome you with family or friends to enjoy the sun of Provence, to the rhythm of the song of cicadas, while enjoying a refreshing pastaga!!!! A 10-minute walk from the center of the village which offers all amenities: local shops, pharmacy, cooperative cellar... The space In a quiet residential area, modern villa of 150 m2 including: On the ground floor: A large living room of 65 m2 with equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet. Overlooking a covered terrace, the garden and its semi-underground wooden pool. Upstairs: - Master suite with private bathroom and two-seater spa bath (160 cm bed). - A double bedroom (140 cm bed). - A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm beds). - A bedroom called the "teen paradise" with a mezzanine and a double bed (140 cm bed). - Bathroom with shower. - Toilets. - Approximately 800 m2 of fully enclosed land with automatic gate, shaded parking spaces. - Semi-underground wooden swimming pool sheltered from view, 3.5 m X 6.5 m and a depth of 1.4 m with its surroundings in synthetic lawn. - 50 m2 terrace fully tiled with a covered part for outdoor lunches, the other part shaded by its multicolored sails. - Children's playground, barbecue, sunbathing, ping pong table, bowls... The rental includes bed linen, towels and bath linen depending on the number of people planned at the time of booking. If you prefer to have your own, please let us know. Guest access The village center is a 10-minute walk away, with its weekly market every Tuesday morning, its friendly and varied shops, its historic castle with its performance or exhibition halls. A small village of about 4000 inhabitants, quiet but very lively with many activities organized by the municipality. Other things to note The central staircase to the first floor is certainly very aesthetic and modern, but it can be treacherous, so caution is recommended for the elderly and children.
