This house is our family retreat, just 45 minutes from Seville, an amazing place, where all kinds of details have been taken care of to make the stay simply perfect. Its spacious rooms, the singular color of the walls, the perfect decoration, the magnificent garden, the huge swimming pool ... is a house that, despite being of new construction, is perfectly integrated in the environment, its appearance reminds of Tuscany The space Fantastic Country House, a few minutes from Seville. It is located in an unbeatable location, a few minutes from Aracena and with access to incredible villages. The property consists of 220 hectares of land and a house of 600 m2. The propert has a large living room of 100 m2, a tv room, a dining room, kitchen with all kinds of comforts (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, etc.), 5 bedrooms all with bathroom inside and a big hunting lodge with spectacular countryside views. The whole house is decorated with taste and with all kinds of details and amenities. Guest access The house is surrounded by a beautiful cobbled porch which leads to the pool area and garden. In the garden there is a small orchard and an area of fruit trees. The property has 220 hectares of private land, perfect to enjoy long walks or a picnic in the countryside (always respecting nature), through the property passes a public road that ends in the town of Higuera, highly recommended to do trekking. Other things to note We have an exclusive agreement with one of the best ecotourism and environmental education agencies, so we can organize the following activities: - Ethnobotonic: know the plants of the area, their peculiarities, medicinal uses, culinary and essences through workshops and interpreted routes that will take a tour of the traditional knowledge of this land (culinary workshops of vegetables and wild plants are organized) - Bird watching - Mycology and astrotourism: We are in one of the best places in Europe for the observation of night sky, the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche has recently been declared a Starlight Reserve along with the rest of Sierra Morena. - Mycology: The Sierra de Aracena Natural Park is one of the most diverse points of mushroom species in Europe, lush vegetation is combined with abundant rainfall and warm temperatures.Identify the different species of mushrooms, collect food and learn to cooking is one of the pleasures of this land. We offer workshops, routes, courses and mycological days backed by the experience of more than ten years specialized in these activities. - Cultural routes and heritage: Discover the traces of the past on one of our routes, walking along Roman roads, between abandoned mining towns or discovering Celtic and Dolmenic culture.
