French doors lead to a glass decking area with 2 bistro sets and steps leading to large patio with 2 benches, lawned area and further patio with picnic style bench/seats offering an open view of fields and the sea, the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze and soak up the sunshine. Located in Port Mulgrave, village shops, restaurants, and the local pub are all within a mile of your door. A scenic 1.5-mile cliff-top walk along the Cleveland Way leads to the sandy beach and charming red-roofed houses of Runswick Bay. In the opposite direction, the quaint fishing village of Staithes, known for its fabulous dining options and working harbour, is less than 2 miles away. For a livelier atmosphere, the historic seaside town of Whitby is a 10-mile drive along the coast, where you can bask on golden sands or explore the ruins of the Medieval abbey that stands watch on the cliffs overlooking the town. Alternatively, head inland and explore the hills and dales of the North York Moors and discover the rugged beauty of this national park.
