If parking temporarily on the street, ensure your vehicle doesn’t block neighbors or traffic and stays close to the curb. 🛏️ Sofa Bed There is a comfortable sofa bed in the room, and you are welcome to set it up and use it yourself. Other things to note ⚠️ Important Notes * Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. If you have children, only one child may stay. Not suitable for infants—we do not provide cribs or baby safety equipment. * This studio is part of our own home. We share the main entrance, but your living space is completely private. A combination lock ensures your privacy. We won’t disturb you, and we hope this space gives you a sense of home: private, comfortable, and peaceful. Of course, if we happen to meet at the gate, you’re always welcome to stop and chat. * We have two lovely school-aged children and follow a regular daily routine. You might hear faint sounds during breakfast, dinner, or weekends. But rest assured, we’re truly very quiet. I hope you can relax and feel completely at ease during your stay. I truly believe you’ll find it cozy and pleasant here. I don’t want to burden you with lots of rules—I prefer trusting in good people and the basic respect we naturally share. To ensure a smooth experience, here are some helpful tips: ⏰ Check-In Check-in is after 3:00 PM. If you need early check-in, please let us know in advance. For same-day bookings after 3:00 PM, contact us ahead of time so we can prepare everything for your arrival. ❌ Cancellation Policy We follow Airbnb’s strict cancellation policy. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be changed or refunded. If your travel plans are uncertain, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. 🎉 No Parties Allowed To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please minimize noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Violations may result in: * $100 cleaning fee * Immediate termination of stay without refund * $1000 fine 🌙 Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the courtyard. If you must smoke, please do so outside the property and dispose of cigarette butts properly to keep the space clean. 🍳 Kitchen Guidelines · Close the room door while cooking. · Always turn on the range hood and open the sliding glass door for ventilation. · Please wash all used dishes, pots, and pans and place them in the drying rack. 🧹 Cleaning & Energy Conservation · A cleaning fee is not included in your booking. Please leave the property in a generally tidy condition. · An additional cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required, especially for unwashed dishes. · Help us conserve energy! Turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the property. 🧳 Self Check-In & Amenities Our home is set up for easy self check-in and self-service. Clean linens and towels are provided at check-in but won’t be automatically replaced during your stay. If you’d like fresh linens or extra cleaning during your stay, just let us know! A small service fee may apply. We’re also happy to help with luggage storage whenever possible. Additional Services: I am a licensed driver-guide, and also a photographer.
