Spectacular , quiet, rural cottage. This cottage contains a large maisonette room with a super-king bed and a downstairs room with two double beds, ideal for up to 4 children who can share or two adults who prefer double beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. There is a fully operating kitchen/dining room. Lots of walks nearby either to the pubs in Little Missenden, Penn woods and Penn Street or further into Old Amersham. Shared use of a large garden and tennis court. The space This is a unique space, set next to our house with access to a large garden and tennis court. The cottage has a downstairs bedroom with two double beds and a good sized, well equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs is a large room with a super-king bed in. Close to lovely country walks and there are plenty of pubs that you can walk to. Guest access Guests are in their own separate cottage but have access to a shared garden and tennis court. Other things to note The large bedroom upstairs is overlooking the living room and kitchen, this isn’t closed off and light can get in through the large windows the other side of the building, also any sound being made downstairs will be heard. The bedroom downstairs has two double beds so ideal for children to share or more space for 2 adults.
