Ferienhaus Heimathafen is a 4-person Swedish cottage right by the sea in Sierksdorf. Fantastic holiday park between HansaPark and the Baltic Sea. Fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating make our vacation home cozy in all seasons. The space We rent out our newly built 2014 vacation home. The exclusive and brightly furnished semi-detached house offers 70 sqm on one level and space for 4 people. We have a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. In both rooms there is a large closet that can be used. In the living room you will find books, DVDs, games, TV and stereo system in addition to the classic living room set, which can be taken off if necessary. You also have a fireplace there, which is heated with pallets. The living room, bathroom and living room have cozy underfloor heating for colder days. In the kitchen there is everything you need for coffee and cooking food. In the bathroom you will also find a sauna. On the terrace with sea view you have a barbecue, garden furniture, sun lounger, etc. You will also find a volleyball there. A volleyball net is stretched on the beach during the season. The cottage is located near the Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf/Schleswig Holstein directly on the Baltic Sea coast with sea views of the Bay of Lübeck. Both the cliffs (for hikes or excursions by bike) and the sandy beach (for relaxing in the sun) are almost right outside the door. There is no road between the park and the sea. Near the park is a dog beach that is well visited especially in winter and looks beautifully natural. Enjoy the view of the Bay of Lübeck with its sailboats and ferries. Have fun in the summer months in Hansapark, the attraction for all accompanying children. The Hansapark is located directly behind the holiday park and you can get directly to the Hansapark via a bridge built for the beach park. So your children don't have to cross the street. In an offshore wind, a trained ear can occasionally hear the cries of the cheering children in the park. Or let the wind blow around your nose in the winter months and then relax in the sauna and by the fireplace. At this time it is relatively quiet in the holiday park and you can enjoy the vastness of the sea, the beaches and the fields. Under a blanket of snow, the holiday park looks particularly romantic. The surroundings offer everything for your vacation. A swimming pool is about 10 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity there is a bread kiosk, table tennis room, bicycle rental, soccer field, snack bar and a beer pub. Many shops and restaurants are located in Neustadt or Scharbeutz a few kilometers away. Both can be reached by bike via super-developed bike paths. A beach walk will take you to many delicious restaurants and smaller shops. Numerous destinations are waiting to be discovered by you. Guest access You can use everything offered in the vacation home. Other things to note Electricity is not included in the rent. This is billed according to consumption on site (€0.45/kWh). Between May and September, there is a tourist tax. This must be paid at the property. Between July and September there is a minimum booking period of 5-7 nights. In all other months, shorter periods can also be requested.
