Spectacular view of the sea!

" Klevsund " has been our cottage for over 60 years . Here is a paradise for vacation , with a cozy barbecue area , private piers and with many beautiful islands and breathtaking views out to sea . " Klevsund " was renovated in the summer 2017. The space The cabin is a typical Norwegian summer house with summer water, which means there is running hot and cold water during the season. There are showers, one on the pier connected to a hose and heated by the sun. This shower is mainly for use after a swim in the ocean. The other is also more or less an outdoor shower, but its built in with walls and a transparent roof, and it has heated water from a boiler. It´s in connection with the bathroom and toilet, which is a small annex close to the cabin. Mind you, the toilet is not a WC, but a "dry bio toilet". You´ll be in for a surprise, but I can assure you that it will be positive. The cabin has a fantastic location with an unforgettable view. A place for nature lovers that appreciate being close to the sea. The cabin has newly been renovated with a new large kitchen, a new "master bedroom" with new matress and It´s been painted white allover I hope that you will enjoy a typical norwegian summercottage style ;-) The tenant can borrow two sea kayak. And a small 8ft pioneer dinghy which is great for Kids . It is also possible to borrow a Askeladden boat with outboard motor . 15 FT- 25hp . Because you borrow the boat without paying, the owner is not responsible for renting a new boat if the engine or something else breaks down. There are several public beaches/small island and hiking areas on Øyna and Tromøy. You can also visit Kr.sand zoo and water parks and golf a short drive from the cabin. Grocery store about 4 km from the cottage. 13 km from the center of Arendal . Other things to note There is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot . You can also carry luggage and goods by boat It might be challenging for tenants with physical disabilities - due too reach the house by path and the toilet during the night.
