Large lake property with its own jetty and cliffs with a small beach. There are three houses to sleep in with their own balconies. In the houses there is a wood-fired sauna, a newly built shower and 2 incineration toilets (Cinderella), washing machine, dishwasher. The property is self-sufficient in water via a desalination plant that produces excellent drinking water. The island is accessible by private boat or sea taxi. A smaller boat with oars and 4 hp engine is provided (provided there is maritime knowledge). The space The plot, which is 5000 sqm, has 4 houses, one of which is a tool shed and the others are presented below. The large house (76 sqm) has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bed 180x200 and a work table, one bedroom with bed 120x200) and living room with TV with Chromecast, DVD player and SONOS music system, and wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge and freezer and all the accessories that may be needed for solid cooking, laundry room with incineration toilet, a large terrace with sofa lounge and dining table. The small house consists of a bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and an upper bed (80x190 cm), laundry room with incineration toilet and large terrace with sun loungers. There is also a TV with Chromecast and DVD player. The beach house consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 single bed (90x200 cm). In the same house there is a wood-fired sauna and shower room with washing machine. Guest access Access is provided to a rowboat and Optimist sailing dinghy, a Stand up paddle board. Upon presentation of the current boat license, a 4 hp engine may be used. A large number of life jackets are available in different sizes, even for dogs. Other things to note There are no shops nearby, so all food and supplies must be brought or ordered online, which delivers to the island for SEK 400. At certain times, you can take the Archipelago boat from the neighboring island to Vaxholm during the day and shop. It's not possible to go back and forth to Stockholm during the day.
