The apartments are located on the outskirts of Albuquerque, right in front of the Risco de San Blas. Both the interior garden and the pool or jacuzzi are shared with the rest of the guests. Each apartment has its own small private porch Free WiFi and private parking. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen Nearby you can go hiking and discover numerous routes. We are a strategic and central point to visit Extremadura and enjoy our region. The space Two-story townhouse apartment Downstairs is a fully equipped living room/kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and sofa bed for one person; up to 4 people Upstairs there is a bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a single extra bed with the possibility of putting a crib on request The entire apartment has both heating and air conditioning It also has a private porch area through which you can access the garden, pool and jacuzzi (shared with the rest of the guests) Guest access Garden, pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant-Cafeteria Other things to note We have several entrances 1.- Calle Mayorga, 37 right in front of the Civil Guard Barracks, a few meters ahead there is a pedestrian entrance that leads you directly to the garden. On the same street and right in front of the car wash you can enter with the vehicle directly into the parking lot and reception. 2nd.- Highway Ex 110, KM 33.5. There is a vehicle entrance that leads you directly to the front door and parking lot. There is a reception at the car park location, if you cannot find us or it is closed at that time, please call us Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm (in person). If it's after 11:00 pm, we have a box with a code to pick up the keys. We will provide it along with the link to check in online one day before your arrival. Inside the apartment you will find basic instructions to make your stay as pleasant as possible, however we are available on the phones indicated. Check-out will take place between 11:00 am and 11:30 am. You can leave the keys in the door or in the box installed for this purpose. You can also leave them at the front desk. It is important that when making the reservation you take special care to know which apartment you have booked since there are several sizes and with a capacity limit that you must respect because we do not allow excess capacity (remember that children are considered adults from 14 years of age). Please also note the cancellation policy you have chosen so that you do not have any surprises later. We would also appreciate it if you could tell us your approximate arrival time to offer you the best possible service and if you need something special such as a crib, high chair... It is important to respect the house rules that will be indicated in your own apartment. Keep in mind that it is a shared space and we must have empathy for and for the rest of the guests, especially in the common areas where the attendance of people who are not listed as guests in this complex is not allowed. The pool also has its rules to maintain a good coexistence, it will remain closed in case of rain and/or storms. Pets are allowed upon request and, of course, with responsibility on the part of their owners. Parties are strictly forbidden, especially during the hours of rest.
