The villa is located in Lu Impostu, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, close to the protected area of Capo Coda Cavallo. Surrounded by a garden full of typical Mediterranean plants and beautiful flowers, this house has a direct access to a small beach via a wooden gate. The fine white sand makes a pleasant backdrop at the clear color of the water. The beaches along this coast are renowned for their incomparable beauty and clear waters. A few minutes drive away are the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi and endless beach of La Cinta. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The villa is disposed on two floors not communicating internally with each other. On the first one you find a new kitchen fully equipped, a wide living room and two double bedrooms with one double bed and one bathroom in each one. The large living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, has a beautiful dining table overlooking the sea, which makes it even more pleasant the opportunity to spend time with friends and family. On the groundfloor, accessible via a staircase that goes from the terrace on the upper floor to the garden, there are two bedrooms with separate entrance one of which is completely new with a double bed and en suite bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: the 5th and 6th beds can be prepared either upstairs in the living room (sofa beds) or in the groundfloor. In the outdoor area there is a barbecue and deck chairs where, lulled by the scent of Mediterranean flowers, you can read a book after a day at the beach or just relax listening to the sound of the sea. Extra services on request: - The linen is on request (sheets and towels): 20 euro per person (to be booked in advanced) - beach towels: euro 8,00 per person one off; - baby cot: euro 50,00 each one off; - high chair: euro 50,00 each one off; - Pets: euro 100,00 each one off. NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged.
