Spread over two floors. The interior of the historic house has an entrance into a large living room with sofa, armchair and TV. On the sides of the hall there are 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom , both with en suite bathroom. The large and welcoming kitchen is complete with dining area, TV and fireplace, perfectly equipped with a bathroom. There is a second kitchenette adjacent to the dining room, also complete with all the options. On the back of the kitchen there is a spacious relaxation area with a wooden roof: there are the dining room, double sofa bed and TV, large windows overlooking the internal courtyard where there is a wood-burning barbecue oven. In this area there is a complete bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a French bed 140 cm), with shared bathroom, laundry room and terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the city of Oria and the surrounding countryside. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - Pool available from June to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra of euro 200. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Presence of video surveillance system. - The fifth bathroom is just a service toilet. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 400 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
