Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away. The space The cozy and stylish lower apartment of the villa is flooded with light, has about 72 square meters of living space and is located in the middle of the Sachsenwald recreational area in a suburb of Hamburg. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), another guest bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and in the living area, there is a pull-out sofa bed. We will be happy to provide you with up to two cribs if needed. We have preserved many old style elements during the renovation. You will immediately feel the special flair of the listed villa. The apartment is located on a 1500 sqm park-like property and offers numerous idyllic spots to linger - and is at the same time a paradise for children. A hammock in the rhododendron, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a 3 m x 4 m sandbox, horizontal bars, soccer goals and our pedal tractors and Bobby Cars can be used by your children on request. Our five free-range ducks give us fresh eggs every day from March to October, which our guests are also welcome to use for cooking and baking. Unfortunately, we don't have any ducks at this time. We are very happy when our guests also enjoy our tomatoes, raspberries, elderberries, apples, cherries and herbs from our natural garden! Our villa is perfectly located. The S-Bahn to Hamburg is within walking distance in 3 minutes and takes our guests every 20 minutes in half an hour to downtown Hamburg. Just as close are the post office and the Sparkasse. In addition, in Aumühle there are all kinds of shops, pharmacies, doctors and a hairdressing and beauty salon, all just a five-minute walk away. Aumühle offers you various renowned restaurants as well as a mini golf course and the well-known butterfly garden, the Bismarck Museum and the Sachsenwald climbing park are also within walking distance with a wonderful forest walk. If children are our guests, we of course also like to provide LegoDuplo, dolls, cars, books, etc. in addition to the cribs and highchair. Guest access The apartment offers all you need to feel comfortable. You can also enjoy the fantastic garden, only in the back area there are a few time restrictions, which we will be happy to inform you about if necessary. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but of course there is a smoking corner in the yard. The separate entrance is not suitable for wheelchair users. Since we also live in the house and in the garden with our children and our dog, it is of course not impossible during the day that you will experience a bit of our happy family life. We have a public charging station for your electric car in the neighborhood! During the high season in July/August, the place is not rented for long periods. VAT can be shown!
